Tommi Mäkinen Racing Oy Ltd was established by Tommi Mäkinen in 2004 after a highly successful World Rally Championship career.
After speding the last two years of his career with the Subaru World Rally Team a move to become a partner to Subaru Technica International (STI) for the development and build of Subaru Group N cars was a natural course of progression.
The company was started in the small but practical workshops just outside of Puuppola near Jyväskylä, the well known home of the Neste rally, and has built up a strong reputation as one of the Worlds foremost suppliers of Subaru Group N products available today.
With numerous rally victories in Finland and around the world, the company quickly began to expand and today with a workforce now totaling some fifteen employees based at the factory and a further six on constant movements around the World, the company has grown from strength to strength.
The aima of the company is to continue to produce the best Group N car options available and to privide its current and future clients with unrivalled levels of service and support. |
